WindTrack — IoT wind turbine monitoring

The challenge: Wind farm operators need real-time visibility into turbine health and performance across distributed assets, with the ability to detect anomalies before they lead to costly downtime.

What we built: A synthetic data generator simulating 100 turbines across India-realistic wind zones (Tamil Nadu, Gujarat, Maharashtra, Rajasthan, Karnataka). Two Streamlit dashboards — Asset Dashboard and Power Generation Dashboard — visualise turbine metrics with Plotly charts. Deployed via GitHub to Streamlit Cloud, live and accessible.

What's next: An MRO prediction ML model that transforms this from a monitoring tool into a true predictive maintenance system — detecting early signs of component wear and scheduling intervention before failure.
